Grant Applications for Engineers Week and Girl Day 2026 will open on Monday, October 6, 2025! Application deadline will be Nov 3.

DiscoverE’s grant opportunities are designed to support volunteer and educator efforts to inspire the next generation of innovators through hands-on exploration of engineering. Grants range from $250 to $1,000.

• Engineers Week Outreach Grants support activities and events that engage K-12 students during (or around) Engineers Week.to inspire an interest and understanding of engineering.
• Girl Day Grants support events and activities for Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day, an annual campaign that takes place during Engineers Week with the goal of introducing K-12 girls (and boys – all are invited!) to the fascinating world of engineering.
